SANSEL Series microcontroller based precision temperature calibrators generate true reference temperature using an advanced temperature controller with an auto tune PID control algorithm. The system is designed for infrared thermometer calibration and online pyrometer calibration using a reliable comparison method. Calibration is performed by focusing the Unit Under Calibration (UUC) on the target temperature point and monitoring both set temperature and true temperature through a touch screen display. Once temperature stabilization occurs, users can accurately read the temperature and perform re-calibration, making it suitable for high accuracy industrial temperature calibration applications.
