“SANSEL” Series BCAL 1502 is a microcontroller-based Precision Temperature
Calibrator that Generates True Reference Temperature. The Temperature Controller of the
Calibrators Uses an Auto-Tune PID Control Algorithm. Infra-red thermometer & online
pyrometer calibration is performed by comparison of the temperature measured by UUC
and the target temperature indicated by the calibrator or using a standard pyrometer. Focus the
Unit Under Calibration (UUC) to be calibrated to the target point given in BCAL 1502. Set
the Temperature from the touchscreen display. Both True and Set Temperatures can be
read. When Stabilization Occurs, Simply Read the Temperature and re-calibrate the
UUC.
