The SANSEL series high temperature infrared black body calibrator is a microcontroller based precision temperature calibrator designed to generate a true reference temperature for high-temperature calibration applications. The system uses an advanced temperature controller with auto tune PID control algorithm, ensuring accurate control, fast stabilization, and reliable performance.
This infrared black body calibrator is suitable for infrared thermometer calibration and online pyrometer calibration using a comparison method. Calibration is performed by focusing the Unit Under Calibration (UUC) on the target temperature point and comparing the temperature measured by the UUC with the target temperature indicated by the calibrator or a standard pyrometer. The touch screen display allows users to set the temperature and read both set temperature and true temperature simultaneously. Once temperature stabilization occurs, accurate readings can be taken and the UUC can be re-calibrated for high accuracy industrial temperature calibration.
